Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex data center construction project delivery from design through commissioning and handover, meeting schedule, budget, quality, and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate and manage key stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, contractors, vendors, and supply chain partners) to deliver mission-critical projects.
  • •Track and manage critical-path activities, project milestones, and risks by developing mitigation and recovery plans to prevent schedule delays.
  • •Establish project governance, controls, reporting processes, and management systems across the project lifecycle; prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
  • •Oversee multiple data center projects and manage technical reviews including RFIs, technical submittals, design clarifications, field coordination issues, and support cost/risk/constructability and procurement strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
