Accounts Payable Specialist

Process vendor invoices and employee expenses with NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur to ensure accurate, timely accounting for global operations. Reconcile vendor accounts to NetSuite, support travel and expense reimbursement compliance reporting, and handle AP and related questions for employees and suppliers. Help with audit support, manage invoice/payment holds when needed, and collaborate across teams while meeting SLAs. Entry-level role within the Finance & Corp. Services team in San Jose.
