Job Summary

Lead and govern all business analysis activities for large-scale digital transformation projects in the Saudi Arabia market. Manage discovery workshops in Arabic and English, drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and traceability, and serve as the primary client-facing BA lead while mentoring others. Must have CRM domain knowledge and on-site work in KSA; Creatio CRM knowledge is a plus.

•Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project.
•Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions (Arabic & English).
•Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability.
•Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact.
•Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement.
