Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the annual strategic plan and operating plan for the commercial development section, including budgets and KPIs.
  • •Research, develop, and secure new income sources for museums and heritage sites, coordinating with the investment and business development unit.
  • •Set and measure sales targets, initiatives, and programs to align with the museums and heritage sites’ sales plans.
  • •Analyze sales and development performance data to design innovative solutions and increase profitability of exhibitions and related activities.
  • •Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to support the section's sales and development objectives and ensure alignment with marketing and exhibition plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
  • •7 years of relevant experience in sales and customer service
  • •Proven ability to develop strategic plans, budgets, and key performance indicators
  • •Ability to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to support sales and development goals
  • •Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
