Job Summary

The International Sales Engineer collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver tailored technical solutions for customers, delivering pre- and post-sales support, product demonstrations, and field training. You’ll become the expert on Silvus’ multi-antenna MIMO radios, assist in demonstrations, visit customer sites, troubleshoot field issues, and contribute to product development while traveling up to 50% of the time; this role is 100% remote and based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and customer training.
•Become an expert on the operation and application of Silvus’ radio and networking solutions and its advantages over competing technologies.
•Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
•Visit customer sites to provide technical support and conduct training.
•Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2 years of pre- and post-sales technical support experience, OR completion of secondary education with at least 6 years of relevant experience in pre- and post-sales support.
•Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
•Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
•Must be based in Australia.
•Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
