Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee production team to maintain plant fundamentals: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, and Preventative Maintenance.

  • •Oversee daily preventative maintenance and coordinate maintenance projects.
  • •Recruit, train, mentor, and manage employees; maintain discipline and adjust schedules for adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
