Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and implement the tendering process from planning & prequalification until award, ensure it is implemented as per the procurement policy and procedures.
  • •Review tender-related scope templates (consultants and contractors) and associated documentation to comply with latest Laws, regulations, Policy & Procedures, and liaise with Legal and Finance Departments.
  • •Develop requalification of consultants, contractors and service providers and classifying them based on their expertise and other set criteria
  • •Review project scope received from Users/Clients and liaise with the Users to develop and maintain scopes of work samples for issue in RFPs.
  • •Provide extended information to all Users’ teams/Clients in preparation of Project Procurement Strategies (and packages)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Engineering/Cost Estimation.
  • •Min of 10+ years of experience in tendering and general procurement with a proven track of procurement cycle experience through ERP modules.
  • •Min of 2+ years of managerial experience
  • •Specific knowledge of FIDIC contract terms, local laws and other forms of contracts
  • •Member of certified organization similar to RICS
