Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct the work of Fleet Service employees on an assigned crew and ensure timely, satisfactory completion of assignments.
  • •Complete required paperwork and reports, and ensure forms, records, and reports are completed legibly and correctly.
  • •Conduct classroom and/or on-the-job training (OJT) and indoctrinate employees in new or revised operational procedures.
  • •Guide aircraft by standing and holding wands, and lead ramp loading of baggage/cargo in the aircraft cargo compartment.
  • •Operate and drive ramp equipment and perform aircraft gate and turnaround services (including ground power/air conditioning, towing/pushback support, lavatory and water port service, and interior cleaning when needed), while adhering to DOT/FAA/TSA and company safety procedures.
