Job Summary

Own end-to-end global recruiting for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, proactively source and assess talent, and run structured interviews while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Use recruitment metrics and AI-enabled tools to improve screening, automation, and hiring documentation, while supporting onboarding and broader People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
•Source, engage, and assess talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
•Conduct structured recruiter interviews and guide teams through selection while providing market insights.
•Support People Operations activities including onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining People & Culture documentation and trackers.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or remote organization.
•Recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics.
