Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Marketing leadership to manage headcount and program spend, serving as the primary finance thought partner on decision-making and tradeoffs
•Own and improve the top-of-funnel lead and pipeline model for planning and forecasting
•Build and deliver regular reporting on Marketing performance that yields actionable insights beyond dashboards
•Collaborate with Data and Revenue Operations to design data models that measure what matters and improve visibility into the Enterprise funnel
•Establish Marketing ROI and efficiency frameworks to guide resource allocation across channels, programs, and segments
•Build the Marketing Finance function: hire, develop, and eventually lead a team as scope grows

Key Requirements

•Must-have experience owning a GTM Finance function end-to-end (ideally Marketing Finance) at a high-growth company
•Proven track record building top-of-funnel and pipeline models used for planning and forecasting
•Strong perspective on attribution, ROI, and efficiency frameworks that drive resource allocation
•Experience partnering with Data and RevOps to define metrics, data models, and reporting structures
•Ability to hire, develop, and eventually lead a team as scope grows
