Job Summary

Lead end-to-end HR projects that improve how the organization operates, grows, and supports teams. Partner with HR Business Partners and corporate business leaders to identify opportunities, enhance HR tools and processes, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation. Use data to define success metrics, track progress, and recommend improvements, collaborating with HR Data to surface trends. Support organizational change while ensuring compliance and alignment with culture and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams.
•Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify challenges and opportunities to improve HR tools, processes, and programs.
•Drive projects from planning through implementation, including scoping goals, building timelines, managing milestones, and communications.
•Use data to define success metrics, monitor project progress, and inform recommendations.
•Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends; support organizational change and ensure projects align with culture, strategy, and compliance.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management.
•6+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or HR policy implementation (e.g., performance management, onboarding, HR compliance).
•Experience using HRIS systems and people data to inform project decisions (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Excel).
•Experience improving HR programs or processes that supported business growth or transformation.
•Strong communication skills to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders across senior leadership.
