Job Summary

Drive growth for TikTok Shop’s Shopping Center business in Spain by owning channel operations and growth strategy. Lead product incubation to improve cold-start and sell-through, optimize user journey and engagement with refined subsidy strategies, and manage campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

•Own Shopping Center channel assortment management and subsidy strategy optimization, using Spanish consumer trends and seasonal demand to identify opportunities and drive execution.
•Improve product cold-start efficiency in Spain by developing incubation strategies from first order (0-to-1) through scaling (1-to-10) to boost sell-through.
•Optimize Shopping Center user journey to improve visit penetration and engagement, designing and executing subsidy strategies and evaluating subsidy ROI.
•Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize full user lifecycle value.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to identify traffic, assortment, and user experience issues and translate insights into actionable operational or product improvements.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese and English to collaborate with Mainland China internal teams and local stakeholders.
•5+ years of e-commerce, marketplace, or platform operations experience, ideally in shopping center/channel operations.
•Deep understanding of Spanish e-commerce consumers, including category preferences, seasonal demand, price sensitivity, competitive landscape, and fulfillment/returns expectations.
•Ability to build operational data/metrics systems, analyze the conversion funnel, evaluate subsidy ROI, and design A/B experiments.
•Strong ownership and goal-oriented execution to independently drive projects from 0-to-1, with excellent cross-cultural collaboration.
