Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive revenue and profitability while achieving Annual Operating Plan priorities for the Area.
  • •Monitor performance of the project portfolio to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • •Supervise Controls fulfillment personnel, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and coaching/mentoring.
  • •Act as primary interface between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal sales/fulfillment expertise.
  • •Validate contracts and estimates using risk analysis, resolve customer concerns with corrective action, and lead safety-first operations.

Key Requirements
