Develop multi-channel campaigns, build a portfolio of co-marketing activations with top brands, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, leads, and pipeline while nurturing executive partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Partnership Growth & Ownership: Take full ownership of the partner marketing motion from early stages, building and executing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across all verticals and geographies.
•Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deliver comprehensive marketing strategies across channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
•Develop Co-Marketing Portfolios: Design and execute a high-impact portfolio of co-marketing activations and joint marketing activities with leading brands.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Performance Marketing Managers to identify and develop opportunities for co-marketing activations, while coordinating with business development and sales to align priorities across teams.
•Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders, managing expectations to balance nurturing relationships with hitting business goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
•Proven experience leading and driving partnership marketing programs.
•Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
