Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cost management and estimating expertise, working with function leads to support scheme delivery, cost assurance, and data verification.
  • •Support scheme performance through governance, cost management processes, and reporting aligned with client policies.
  • •Deliver high-quality outputs and alignment to cost management and estimating tasks across the programme.
  • •Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants and Contractors to build and maintain robust cost management and reporting.
  • •Contribute to change control including the cost assessment of changes and support business case reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of different scale.
  • •Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity.
  • •Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • •Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification.
  • •Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management is advantageous.
