Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain Davies’ PQ & CPD products for the financial services sector, including Academies, High Impact Training, Digital Study Solutions and CPD resources. Own your product caseload, track performance, collaborate with Learning Experience and other teams, and ensure content remains market-leading and aligned with development roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop products across the PQ & CPD portfolio, including Academies, High Impact Training courses, Digital Study Solutions, Self-Study resources and CPD courses.
•Maintain and improve the product portfolio through competitor analysis and changes in regulation or professional qualification updates.
•Take ownership of your product caseload, tracking and monitoring performance and lifecycle stage.
•Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to maximise product performance and address performance concerns promptly.
•Regularly assess caseload products against the development roadmap to ensure alignment with launch and review strategies.

Key Requirements

•Detailed knowledge of PFS modules and qualifications relevant to the financial services sector.
•Qualified to at least DipPFS level, with a willingness to progress to Advanced if not already at this level.

•Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
•A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
