Key Responsibilities

  • •Support programme implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools.
  • •Manage relationships with administration officials including nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level and block-level officers.
  • •Conduct field visits (8-10/month) and 10-15 calls with middle-layer staff to observe and understand program implementation.
  • •Ensure state discussions are documented in a standard format and keep key stakeholders in the loop.
  • •Analyze qualitative feedback from state systems to inform partnership plans and improve delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of relevant work experience; prior experience as an educator or with government schools in Odisha is a plus.
  • •Fluent in Odia (spoken and written).
  • •Strong collaborative mindset with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
