Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled work on production equipment and facility systems.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  • •Complete corrective and emergency maintenance, including adjustments, part replacements, and repairs to maintain performance.
  • •Follow work orders and document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS.
  • •Support installations, upgrades, inspections, and coordinate with Production and Sanitation to maintain safe, compliant plant operations.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of industrial maintenance experience within the past 24 months with one employer.
  • •Follow Tyson policies and procedures and perform other duties as tasked by administration.
  • •Comply with OSHA, USDA, food safety, and Tyson safety and quality requirements.
  • •Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders; complete work orders accurately in a CMMS.
  • •Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
