Key Responsibilities

•Assist in producing an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing the service team with the culinary team.
•Ensure all hotel rules and regulations are followed, including fire and safety policies and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
•Drive sales to the outlet’s full potential while adhering to the budget.
•Maintain high quality of product and service in the outlet, aligned with outlet, hotel, and Kempinski standards.
•Develop the outlet in an entrepreneurial manner, support internal talent growth, and be ready to take over as Restaurant/Outlet Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
•Manage guest experience by assisting in directing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
•Provide warm, friendly, confident service with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
•Demonstrate a service-oriented approach with attention to detail and passion for Food & Beverage; bring proactive, rational problem-solving.
•Familiarity with LQA and Forbes standards, and knowledge of health and safety rules including hygiene requirements (HACCP).
