  • •Oversee and coach a team of 8–10 Trust & Safety representatives handling highly sensitive, complex safety incidents.
  • •Set OKRs and drive strategy, processes, and workforce coordination to meet service-level agreements.
  • •Manage incident response directly or through delegation, ensuring empathetic, action-oriented de-escalation and risk mitigation.
  • •Partner with Legal, Public Affairs, and Public Policy to ensure incident handling is effective and appropriate.
  • •Build KPIs and create insightful performance reporting, and advocate for product/process improvements based on user feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of people management or team lead experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in trust and safety, risk management, or fraud.
  • •Ability to lead through high-stress situations with strong resilience and results-focused performance against measurable targets.
  • •Strong process improvement mindset with experience pulling data to inform decisions.
  • •Knowledge of Salesforce, Chartio, and Excel (Google Sheets preferred), plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
