Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
  • •Create, maintain, and revise training documentation, SOPs, and qualification-based training for production on-the-job training and certifications.
  • •Lead implementation of qualification-based authority training initiatives and monitor training impacts by tracking human error trends.
  • •Build and develop new course content aligned with engineering specifications, including course materials (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) and classroom/online training modules.
  • •Collaborate with production management, engineering, quality, and subject-matter experts to research processes and onboard Starlink Production Associate new hires.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of work experience in training coordination, project coordination, and/or learning and development.
  • •Ability to independently analyze, review, and research manufacturing processes and applicable standards.
  • •Experience delivering classroom and/or online training modules and developing course content.
  • •Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
