Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major aftermarket strategic initiatives and new business deployment and sustainment programs across Group, Division, and site leadership.
  • •Champion Integrated Program Teams (IPT) across program phases, creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring the Cost/Scope/Schedule “Triple Constraint” is met.
  • •Monitor and report program performance using metrics; develop corrective action and recovery plans and lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • •Improve and sustain aftermarket customer satisfaction by capturing VOC, analyzing site performance vs. customer expectations, and driving corrective action plans with site leadership.
  • •Serve as escalation point for major customer issues, support Aftermarket Business Operating System reviews, and coordinate aftermarket issues for major OEM programs (Airbus, Safran, Rolls Royce).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Aerospace Program Management, Aftermarket, Engineering, and/or New Product Development.
  • •Proven leadership ability to lead Integrated Program Teams (IPT) across multiple sites and manage an international customer.
  • •Proficiency in program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • •Experience in risk management.
