Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach the TM Support Specialist team and conduct one-on-ones to instill value and resolve obstacles.
  • •Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and take action when not met.
  • •Onboard, train, and build a high-performing team; set goals and conduct semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
  • •Support client service and manage existing client relationships to meet service goals, including identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation, prepare monthly/ad hoc sales and service reports, and help research and resolve more complex issues (including ACH Credit Risk limit requests).

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of related experience; prior knowledge of sales development is preferred.
  • •Excellent MS Word and Excel skills, customer service, and communication skills.
  • •Strong computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems is required.
  • •May be eligible for telecommuting.
