Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and triage incoming AI workflow and tooling requests, assessing feasibility, complexity, and risk to recommend a technical path and delivery timeline.
  • •Advise business stakeholders on scope, dependencies, and IT requirements, maintaining an intake tracker and communicating status to VP and stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Systems teams as the primary technical liaison to align on production readiness, security review standards, and infrastructure paths.
  • •Design, build, deploy, and maintain governed AI workflows using Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI, including system prompts, Skills/Knowledge file architectures, and MCP/API server integrations.
  • •Ensure AI solutions meet PAR governance standards for data handling, access controls, and audit trail requirements, and provide technical status updates on in-flight builds and release timelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with enterprise AI tooling such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Azure AI, or equivalent.
  • •MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or API integration experience.
  • •Prompt engineering experience, including system prompt architecture, knowledge files, and instruction design.
  • •Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business audiences.
