Job Summary

Strategic, hands-on Chief of Staff working directly with the Co-Founder and CPO to run the NYC office and R&D across engineering, product, and design. You’ll own high-impact projects, build models and dashboards, draft communications, optimize processes, and serve as the connective tissue between the CPO and the broader team in a fast-paced, startup environment.

•Attend key meetings on behalf of or alongside the CPO, take ownership of follow ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
•Own strategic projects end to end... examples include improving our R&D recruiting process, analyzing global R&D spend for optimization opportunities, and researching new markets we're considering entering
•Build models, dashboards, and analyses that help the CPO make faster and better decisions
•Draft communications, memos, and presentations for internal and external audiences
•Identify process gaps across the R&D org and drive improvements without being asked

•Degree from a top university with a strong academic record
•1-4 years of experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving startup
