Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training curriculum across product science, brand voice, software platforms, and soft skills.
  • •Facilitate high-energy live, on-camera remote training sessions that keep new hires engaged and confident.
  • •Design and own AI training curriculum and internal AI-driven knowledge management tools, keeping systems accurate and aligned with brand voice.
  • •Track ramp performance and training effectiveness, using data to adjust curriculum and training approach.
  • •Manage curriculum development alongside live session scheduling and performance metrics; partner with CX leadership to identify skill gaps and refresher needs.
