Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, preferably focused on Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.
  • •5+ years engineering experience, preferably focused on manufacturing and/or design of mechanical products with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) focus.
  • •Experience in Global Supply Management, including supplier negotiations and cost modeling in sourced product/component categories.
  • •Strong Lean and quality experience, plus knowledge of manufacturing technologies (e.g., machining, injection molding, die casting, forging, electronics assembly, wire harness, stamping).
  • •Experience with cost estimating and costing tools/methods, including CAD and PLM, and ability to analyze cost drivers to refine estimates and pursue cost gaps.
