Job Summary

Own day-to-day Cloud Marketplace operations for Salesforce’s Hyperscaler Marketplaces, executing marketplace transactions and managing the Private Offer lifecycle. Serve as a subject-matter expert on complex billing scenarios and transaction mechanics, support sales with operational readiness, and drive automation to reduce manual work. Collaborate on future-state Marketplace tools, processes, UAT, and releases, while supporting geo-expansion with new currencies, transaction types, and billing models.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Private Offer lifecycle, including deal eligibility validation, Private Offer creation, sales support, and post-acceptance activities.
•Act as the subject matter expert on complex billing scenarios and marketplace transaction mechanics.
•Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements to reduce manual transaction work.
•Contribute to future-state design of Marketplace tools, processes, and automation.
•Support geo-expansion initiatives by testing and operationalizing new currencies, transaction types, and billing models, in collaboration with technical teams and other partners.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
•2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, Quote-to-Cash, or related operational fields.
•Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.
•Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and ability to handle high transaction volumes with multiple priorities.
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration experience across Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance.
