Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and execute the RCSA, including annual refresh and extemporaneous cycles based on trigger events.
  • •Oversee RCSA methodology and related procedure documents, including distribution and communication with business lines and stakeholders.
  • •Drive change management for the RCSA, including communications and training to increase adoption as processes and systems mature.
  • •Lead the Quality Assurance Review process for the RCSA Program and monitor deficiencies through timely remediation closure.
  • •Administer PRISM application/GRC tools for the RCSA Program and participate in meetings to advise on RCSA-related updates and events.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience in risk management or applicable functions (e.g., compliance, testing/monitoring, or audit), preferably in financial services.
  • •Familiarity with banking industry regulatory and risk management requirements.
  • •Knowledge of common risk management framework and methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to provide a holistic, independent view of risks and effectively challenge operational risk-related decisions.
