Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of Edify’s EdTech strategy across Central America by coordinating country teams to set objectives, assess progress, and achieve targets for core schools.
  • •Identify, develop, and manage relationships with EdTech vendors and financial partners; design cost-effective EdTech implementation plans and negotiate maintenance agreements.
  • •Design and develop biblically-integrated, contextualized, grade-specific training programs; develop frameworks for safe and wise technology use and assess training implementation in schools.
  • •Establish training and continuous professional development for program leads and CCEOs to reinforce Edify’s EdTech strategy, including collaboration with local program leads.
  • •Provide reporting and impact work: weekly updates, monthly summaries, quarterly/annual executive reports with metrics, and collection/writing of impact stories with development and impact assessment teams.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • •5–7 years of work experience in education, international development, community development, and/or technology.
  • •Experience in the education sector as an EdTech implementor or consultant is preferred; experience in Christian ministry is highly desirable.
  • •Experience in designing programs and budgets, plus ability to coach/mentor.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, strong presentation, communication, and report-writing skills; high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
