•Ensure that accounts are qualified and meet the organization’s appetite, balanced with sound business opportunities.
•Lead agents/broker/customer and on-site calls with a planned and well prepared purpose.
•Oversee negotiations of Terms & Conditions and closes deals.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in underwriting or market-facing area with a High School Diploma, or 5+ years with a Bachelor's Degree
•2+ years of management experience

•Strong mentoring and coaching skills with ability to develop broker and client networks and oversee sales performance
