Job Summary

Lead structural engineering for industrial facilities across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction administration and startup. Provide technical oversight for calculations, seismic design, vibration analysis, equipment anchorage, crane systems, and dynamic loading, while developing practical solutions that balance safety, constructability, performance, and cost. Manage concurrent projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams in design-build/EPC settings, and mentor engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead structural engineering for industrial facilities from planning through design, construction, commissioning, and startup.
•Design and review industrial facilities including manufacturing plants, process buildings, foundations, pipe racks, utility infrastructure, warehouses, and heavy industrial structures.
•Provide technical oversight for structural calculations, construction documents/specifications, seismic design, vibration analysis, equipment anchorage, crane systems, and dynamic loading.
•Manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, risk, safety, and client satisfaction.
•Coordinate structural with architectural, mechanical, electrical, process, and civil teams in design-build and EPC environments and support construction administration activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
•PE license required.
•10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with significant industrial facility design experience.
•Experience with industrial/manufacturing, processing, logistics, mission-critical, or similar facilities.
•Proficiency with structural analysis/design and BIM tools such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, STAAD, RISA, Revit, and Navisworks.
