Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and management for the Partner Success TAM and Solution Engineering teams, including standards for technical delivery.
  • •Own the technical strategy for partner engagements, from architecture evaluation and SDK implementation through ongoing configuration and support.
  • •Grow and mentor TAMs and Solution Engineers to build technical depth and partner-facing capability.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and vertical leads to ensure the Partner Success technical model reflects real integration complexity.
  • •Serve as an escalation point and technical decision-maker for complex or high-stakes partner integrations, and drive AI-powered workflows and operating-model improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of multiplatform AAA game development with multiple shipped titles.
  • •Full stack game development experience, including gameplay, UI, networking, backend services, and expertise integrating/debugging/optimizing online multiplayer, monetization/commerce, and identity/accounts systems.
  • •Deep experience with Unreal, Unity, and C++ engines, plus common platform SDKs.
  • •Strong coding skills in C++, with familiarity with Go and C#.
  • •Track record of working effectively across teams without formal authority and comfortable being a technical decision-maker under pressure.
