Lead defence sector growth through client-centric, insight-led marketing across the UK, Europe and India. Partner with Defence leadership and Client Account Managers to sharpen positioning, improve relevance with senior decision-makers, and connect marketing activity to pipeline, work-winning and retention. Own integrated multi-channel marketing strategy, budgets, KPIs and performance analysis, while building trusted influence in a complex matrix and representing marketing in senior leadership forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic marketing partner to UK, Europe & India Defence leadership and align brand-based marketing to priority Defence accounts.
•Link marketing activity and client engagement to pipeline, work-winning and retention goals.
•Maintain an actionable view of defence procurement and influencers across the regions, tracking and analysing market, policy and capability trends to shape campaigns and priority pursuits.
•Develop marketing objectives, strategy and plans aligned to business goals; set annual marketing budgets and report quarterly spending with performance analysis.
•Define KPIs and evaluate performance using insight and analytics, influencing across a complex matrix and representing defence marketing strategy in senior leadership forums.

Key Requirements

•Significant defence sector experience.
•Significant integrated marketing experience, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with abilities in storytelling and content creation for B2B campaigns focused on results.
•A relevant degree in a discipline such as Marketing, Defence studies, or International Relations.
•Understanding of GDPR and a preparedness to undergo UKSV Security Clearance.
