Job Summary

Participate in a customized onboarding and education program with rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales/operations management. Build consumer and small-business relationships through consultative selling, including a Financial Needs Assessment and proactive ongoing support. Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team, deepen a “One Bank” culture with business partners, and support community initiatives while following the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Provide memorable customer experiences and deepen relationships with consumer and small-business customers.
•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop and support an integrated business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments and proactive ongoing support; assist in team leadership and supervisory feedback.

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration).
