Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for online customer queries via email and phone, delivering proactive support within promised response times.
  • •Handle and resolve inquiries professionally following company policies, including pricing/product questions, order status and tracking, and cancellations.
  • •Support promotions by knowing current offers, terms, and conditions.
  • •Manage account and billing issues, order troubleshooting, and returns/return arrangements based on policy.
  • •Gather customer feedback, forward it to relevant units, and provide ad hoc administrative and operational support for the e-comm department.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer relations role (or at least 1 year as a Sales Associate at Pandora).
  • •Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
  • •Ability to handle communications via email and calls and resolve inquiries professionally according to established policies.
  • •IT literate in Ms Office and experience with an e-commerce platform or a CRM/ticketing system (Salesforce is a plus).
  • •Strong communication, empathy, patience, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
