Guide customers to find their perfect scent through bespoke fragrance consultations, translating preferences into tailored fragrance layering and profiling. Drive store results by meeting KPIs and promoting niche, designer, and artisanal launches, exclusives, and high-value SKUs while supporting cross-selling across fragrance, body care, and gifting. Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver on-floor demos and education, ensuring premium standards for testers, presentation, replenishment, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver bespoke fragrance consultations by understanding customer preferences, personality, and occasions.
•Educate customers on fragrance layering, application techniques, and fragrance wardrobe building.
•Achieve sales KPIs (sales targets, conversion, UPT, ATV, and category contribution) and promote new launches, exclusives, and high-value SKUs.
•Demonstrate scents using proper blotter etiquette and professional sampling techniques; stay updated on fragrance trends and seasonal notes.
•Maintain tester hygiene and fragrance bay presentation; support stock checks, expiry control, replenishment, and VM updates.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in beauty retail, fragrance consultancy, or luxury perfume houses.
•Strong fragrance knowledge, including notes, accords, perfume concentrations, and scent families.
•Prior experience in a multi-brand beauty retail environment.
•Excellent consultation and customer interaction skills for personalized scent experiences.
•Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced retail setting.
