Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and optimization of post-training strategies including instruction tuning and preference tuning (SFT/DPO/PPO).
  • •Build robust evaluation pipelines to measure model performance, helpfulness, and safety across multimedia product use cases.
  • •Participate in research and implementation of reward modeling and human preference learning methodologies.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to bridge experimental research to production-ready AI applications for multimedia tasks.

Key Requirements
