Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing readiness for FI/Mainframe platforms, including BOM, OMS, and build strategies.
  • •Drive DFx and early engagement in NPI/PLC, using DMU/virtual builds to identify manufacturability risks.
  • •Own the NPI → HVM transition with focus on quality, cycle time, and system stability.
  • •Act as system integrator across Electrical and Mechanical domains, including qualification activities and form-fit-function validation.
  • •Serve as primary SME for FI/Mainframe manufacturing issues, providing real-time troubleshooting and leading RCCA and corrective actions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in NPME or System Engineering roles.
  • •Strong experience in FI/Mainframe systems with Electrical + Mechanical integration.
  • •Proven experience in NPI, system integration, and manufacturing support.
  • •Expertise in BOM management, DFx, change control, and build execution.
  • •Hands-on exposure to Controls/Customer Engineering Special design/test systems with strong system-level troubleshooting.
