Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Sportsmens Lodge

Drive daily store operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink by executing inventory processes, investigating root causes, and partnering with the General/Store Manager to resolve gaps. Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management, while maintaining strong visual standards and stockroom processes. Move throughout the store to support customers and keep the space clean, safe, and inviting.
