Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Navan platform end-to-end, including configuration, policy settings, optimization, and coordination with IT on systematic changes and testing.
  • •Manage the Navan vendor relationship, escalating contract, pricing, or SLA issues to Procurement and ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Run monthly program reviews and report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings to Finance and leadership while partnering with travel-adjacent stakeholders.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements by building scalable frameworks for policy governance, exception handling, and program operations.
  • •Administer Navan training enablement, oversee WorkRamp training completion, maintain travel documentation in Confluence, and support employee travel experience through data analysis.
