Key Responsibilities

  • •Own large portions of Ashby products and deliver end-to-end projects, from research and specs to implementation and deployment.
  • •Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and drive features that impact TA workflows.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Infra teams to build scalable, reusable building blocks and ensure quality in fast-moving startup context.
  • •Architect and implement features that scale with tens of thousands of daily users while maintaining a high standard of engineering quality.
  • •Participate in a lightweight interview process and contribute to a culture of deliberate communication and ownership.
