Job Summary

Support the EMEA Global Wealth Solutions team by onboarding and maintaining international wealth client relationships. Work with the International Head of Wealth Investor Relations to refine onboarding procedures and ensure a seamless client experience pre- and post-sales. Partner with GWS relationship management to distribute K-Series investment strategies to intermediaries across Europe and the Middle East, and help standardize external client reporting templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the International Head of Wealth Investor Relations in ensuring seamless platform partner and client experience pre- and post-sales.
•Manage onboarding processes for new clients and respond to ad hoc prospective and existing investor queries with the GWS EMEA Sales team.
•Support formalizing and institutionalizing client experience across closed-ended and open-ended fund offerings, including efficiency and information-flow improvements.
•Create and continually improve external client reporting templates to standardize reporting across the democratized product suite.
•Collaborate across teams to provide a gateway to global product teams for information on the European client base and interact with multiple KKR stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of industry experience, preferably in financial services or investment management.
•Client management and onboarding experience for wealth/investment relationships.
•Strong relationship development skills, including coordinating with global teams and stakeholders.
•Very strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
•Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German and/or Italian is an asset.
