Support the Store Manager in running daily store operations for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, including achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading store teams. Serve as store deputy in the Store Manager’s absence, drive KPI-focused sales and promotional activities, coordinate with Marketing, Buying, and Planning, and ensure operational compliance to protect brand standards and minimize stock loss and damage.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences aligned to company/brand standards.
•Lead and develop the store team, including maintaining high customer service standards and driving the team to deliver consistently.
•Manage sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring communications to relevant support teams to maximize sales.
•Drive sales growth through KPI awareness and coordination with Buying and Planning departments to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
•In the Store Manager’s absence, manage store operations and workforce while ensuring compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (Diploma - high school certificate).
•Qualification in a retail-related field is an added advantage.
•Minimum 4-5 years’ industry experience.
