Lead software engineering activities for payments and financial product implementation, coordinating with vendors to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. Develop expertise in vended applications to support the business and stay current with industry trends.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of payments-related software components and integrate with vended applications.
•Coordinate with vendors to ensure applications meet cash operating standards (scalability, reliability, performance, DR failover, clustering, archival & purging).
•Collaborate with business, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver a stable, scalable product.
•Implement and monitor automated application monitoring for availability of applications and components.
•Gain and share expertise in vended applications to support business needs.

Key Requirements

•Strong UNIX shell scripting experience and knowledge of Oracle database.
•Experience with vended applications for liquidity management and payment processing (e.g., Intellect, SAP) and ACH payments.
•Prior experience in implementation and development of vended applications; ability to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and conduct demos.
•Good communication and leadership skills; ability to lead, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot issues.
•Ability to automate manual tasks and support performance tuning and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
