Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Operations/SCM to design and execute programme strategy, KPIs, and budget/projections.
  • •Set targets, manage actual costs, and drive savings initiatives and cost-savings projects.
  • •Oversee overall operations accounting management, including inventory controls (inventory levels, aged inventory, plant capacities) and accuracy of plant financials.
  • •Review and sign off capital expenditure projects with justifications for management approval.
  • •Lead weekly operations reporting on plant efficiency/effectiveness using appropriate KPIs; coach and mentor local plant accountants and provide site leadership support.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in manufacturing/operations finance or supply chain finance with increasing responsibility and a record of delivering financial and operational improvements.
  • •Experience in Food, Ingredients, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • •An undergraduate degree in Finance or a business discipline is required.
  • •Exposure to a manufacturing environment.
  • •CPA or other finance qualifications preferred; strong Excel, SAP, and accounting system skills.
