Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain systems in peak operating condition and develop/update preventive maintenance work instructions.
  • •Install, maintain, and repair electrical support equipment and facilities systems including transformers, panels, substations, switch gear, UPS, generators, and transfer switches.
  • •Perform electrical modifications and execute wiring and component installations to code and design specifications.
  • •Conduct failure assessments and day-to-day safety inspections; make recommendations to supervision as required.
  • •Troubleshoot and test electrical systems, open and resolve electronic work tickets, and report equipment maintenance status to internal/external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of professional experience in commercial equipment wiring, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Ability to work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics and perform circuit testing (operability, phase rotation, conductivity).
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, rules, and regulations; ability to read technical manuals and reports.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and work required shifts with possible overtime, weekends, and holidays.
