Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure guest safety by removing hazards and maintaining a safe environment throughout assigned areas.
  • •Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
  • •Lead guests and other employees during emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance.
  • •Inspect guests using metal detectors or pat-down searches and enforce venue policies (including photos/videos/recording devices).
  • •Maintain venue readiness by setting up area before opening and keeping interior/exterior clear by cleaning spills and removing obstacles.
