Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage NPI expertise to transition electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production, optimizing design for manufacturability/assembly and supply chain scalability.
  • •Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes by owning a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for high-complexity product(s).
  • •Lead and coordinate projects to install new manufacturing systems and communicate updates on progress and manufacturing changes to stakeholders.
  • •Leverage automations and integrated workflows to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • •Develop process flows, breaking down large assemblies into a logical subassembly/sub-process structure and write documentation for scale manufacturing.

Key Requirements
