Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, providing end-to-end ownership of plan-to-produce, production execution, and quality processes.
  • •Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP and SAP QM, ensuring adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
  • •Lead fit-to-standard (F2S) workshops and manage fit/custom code (RICEFW) impacts for PP/QM in S/4HANA; oversee manufacturing and quality master data conversion and validation.
  • •Coordinate integration across MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams and work with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, interfaces) on enhancements and integrations.
  • •Lead unit testing, SIT, and UAT, manage cutover planning for production orders/batches/inspection lots, and provide go-live and hypercare support while ensuring SAP Activate governance and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP PP (discrete and/or process manufacturing) and SAP QM.
  • •At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a lead role.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, including QM integration with MM and PP.
  • •Experience with S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications, plus batch management, serial numbers, and inspection lot processing.
  • •Proven leadership of PP/QM delivery in large SAP programs, including stakeholder management and experience in global onshore–offshore delivery models.
